Digital X-rays
We use the most current phosphor plate imaging technology to ensure that the X-Rays are available quickly with the least radiation exposure to you. Some systems give you a reduced resolution at the cost of low radiation but with the right machines, you can have a high resolution image and a low dose. We don’t believe in compromise for something this important.
OPG Machine
Our on site digital OPG machine allows us to screen early for pathology and assess your wisdom teeth without waiting and queuing elsewhere. It also integrates into your patient record so we have a complete picture of your oral health at our fingertips at all times.
Intra-Oral Cameras
Seeing is believing! Our camera can show you any areas in you mouth where fillings may be needed, cracks may be forming or if you just want to see your beautiful teeth like you have never seen before!

Entertainment
Televisions are available in surgery and iPads in reception for catching up on the latest news or a much needed distraction.
Noise Cancelling headphones are also available in surgery for those that find the noise of the drill a bit too much.
Sterilisation
We use state of the art sterilising equipment and practices in line with the highest and most current infection control standards. For your peace of mind, Smile Time Family Dental undergoes voluntary practice accreditation to ensure we do everything possible to keep you and your family safe.
